Thank you for supporting The Island Shepherd. To keep our small business efficient and sustainable as we grow, we have streamlined our shipping process. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Dispatch Schedule

To keep things simple and efficient, we dispatch orders once a week every Wednesday.

• The Process: While we are based on the Isle of Lewis, our good friends at Dalscone Farm in Dumfries handle our fulfillment and dispatch to ensure your items get to you as quickly as possible.

• Cut-off: Orders placed after Tuesday evening will typically be dispatched the following Wednesday.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship exclusively within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once dispatched on a Wednesday, your order should arrive within 2–3 working days. All postage costs are £3.95 unless if your parcel is above 2kg, it will rise to £12.00.
